Post-Race Festival

The post-race Wine and Music Festival presented by Ken Wright Cellars is a unique highlight of the Oregon Wine Country Half Marathon experience. Get a taste (or two) of Oregon’s world class wine country right at the finish line. Over 20 local wineries will be providing complimentary tastings to race finishers. Also enjoy live music by a popular local artist; additional beer and kombucha, food, and merchandise vendors; and the festive atmosphere of downtown Carlton with your friends, family, and running community!

Brunch

What’s a better after a run than hot-off-the-griddle eggs and bacon?! New this year, runners and spectators can enjoy a delicious outdoor brunch hosted by local favorite Barrel 47, right in the midst of the post-race wine and music festival.

 Advance ticket purchase necessary, so hurry and grab your ticket now before they’re gone! Your brunch ticket may be redeemed any time between 8:30am and 11:30am on race day. The buffet-style brunch menu is the perfect way to refuel and recharge before wine tasting at our 20+ local winery booths. Each race participant may purchase up to 5 tickets while supplies last (200 available). Tickets can be purchased as an add-on during online registration, or if you have already registered- click here to add your ticket(s)!

 Brunch Plate-$15 per person- includes scrambled eggs, bacon or sausage, potatoes, build  your own breakfast burrito

Brunch Plate + Mimosa- $23 per person- all that plus a mimosa crafted with champagne from local Kramer Vinyards

Festival FAQ’S

Can spectators attend the wine and music festival?

The festival is open to the public, but in order to participate in wine tastings, spectators will need to have a guest tumbler or glass. Guest tumblers/glasses can be pre-purchased online here for $15-25. Glasses will also be sold on site at the festival while supplies last. Minors are welcome to attend the festival. All attendees must pass through an ID check and receive a 21+ wristband in order to be served by any alcohol vendor.


Is there seating and/or covered space?

There is limited tent coverage and table seating available on a first-come-first-served basis. Many participants also choose to sit on the grass lawn near the live music stage. VIP race participants will have access an additional covered VIP area.

Is there food available?

Race participants will have access to light recovery snacks as they finish their race. An outdoor brunch will also be available to participants and spectators who pre-purchase a brunch ticket online here. Limited supplies available. Additional food vendors within the festival space are not guaranteed; however, there are several restaurants, cafes, and tasting rooms offering food surrounding the finish line area!

I finished my race before 9:00am. What can I do until the festival starts?

The recovery tent, medical tent, several vendors, and VIP area will be open immediately following the first race finish. If you pre-purchased a brunch ticket, brunch service begins at 8:30am.
