Participants must present their QR code in order to pick up their race packet. They may also provide a photo ID. Friends or family members may only pick up your race packet for you if they present the QR code or a photo or photocopy of your ID. They will not be able to pick up a 21+ wristband for you.

Participants will receive their assigned bib which includes their timing chip, as well as their complimentary event t-shirt. Participant wine/beer glasses and guest wine/beer glasses must be picked up post-race at the finish line.

You may pick up on morning-of the race, for an additional charge. See details below.

f you cannot race and would like to transfer your bib to a friend or wait to race until next year, we offer online bib transfers or deferrals until Friday, May 1, 2027. for just a transfer fee of $4.95 + applicable processing fees & taxes.

To request a transfer, log-in to your Race Roster account and request a transfer, or email info@oregonwinecountryhalf.com. In your email include:

-Your Name (first and last)

-Name of person you would like to make transfer to (first and last)

-Email address of person you would like to make transfer to

You will receive an email confirmation that the transfer is pending, and the person who is receiving the transferred bib will receive email from Race Roster including a link to accept the transfer. Transfer will not be finalized until the recipient has accepted the transfer. If the current race price has increased from the amount paid at time of original purchase, the recipient will be need to pay the difference in addition to the $4.95 transfer fee+ applicable processing fees & taxes.

Unfortunately, no bib transfers are available on race day. We hope you’ll still come to enjoy the top-notch pinot noir and atmosphere at our Wine Festival.

If you need to transfer between sub-events (change from half marathon to the 5k), please email info@oregonwinecountryhalf.com with your request. You will receive an email confirmation if your request is approved.

If you cannot race this year, you can defer your entry to next year if we receive your request by Friday, May 1, 2027. You will not receive a refund, but the amount you have paid will automatically apply to your race entry next year. To request a deferral, email info@oregonwinecountryhalf.com. All requests must be submitted by Friday, May 1, 2027.

We are unable to offer any refunds under any circumstances unless you purchased insurance through RaceRoster.com at the time of your registration. If you did, please contact RaceRaoster.com.

No Parking is Allowed at the Venue!

Free parking is available at Evergreen Aviation and Space Museum (500 NE Captain Michael King Smith Way McMinnville, OR 97128). You will have to catch a shuttle to the Stoller Family Estate which is about 15 minutes driving. Shuttles will take you to the start and bring you back after you finish.
