Portland Early Packet Pick Up

Downtown Portland Foot Traffic Store

5-8 pm

The Early Packet Pickup service is provided for those runners living or staying in or near Portland that prefer to receive their packets early and not drive to the expo location. Please note runners must pay $10 to utilize this service. Standard Packet Pick up on Saturday 8/31 in Carlton is free.


Saturday 8/31

Standard Packet Pick Up

Ken Wright Cellars, Carlton

10 am- 3 pm

We recommended that you pick up your race packet at the Race Expo which is FREE and open to the public!  At the Race Expo you will receive your bib, timing chip, shirt and other race information. Exhibitor booths, sampling, merchandise sales, seminars, wine tasting and other events are held at the Race Expo.


Sunday 9/1

Portland Shuttle Bus

Downtown Portland at the Woodlark Hotel

5:15am

The Portland Shuttle Bus will drop off participants at the race start line prior to the race start at 6:15am, and will return participants to Portland following the post-race awards ceremony. Pre-purchase is necessary for the Portland shuttle bus and costs $35 round trip.

Morning-Of Packet Pick Up

Stoller Family Estate (race start area)

5:30-6:30 am

For runners unable to attend the race Expo or the early packet pickup in Portland, this is the final chance to get your race bib. Please note runners must pay $15 to utilize this service. Pick up at the Solutions Table near the Stoller Tasting Room at the start line area. You will need to pick up your t-shirt after the race at the finish line merchandise tent by showing your bib number. Please plan to arrive to the start at least 45 minutes prior to race start if using the Morning-Of Packet Pick Up.


Race Start- Half Marathon and 2 Person Relay

Race Start- 5k Run & walk

8:00 am

The 5k Run & Walk starts AND Finishes here. The 5k shares the finish line with the Half Marathon and 2-Person Relay.


Finish Line Recovery Area

Downtown Carlton

8:00 am-12:00 pm

Immediately upon finishing your race you will have access to recovery snacks and beverages, medical tent, results look-up kiosk, apparel and other vendor sales, and wine/beer glass pick up

Post-Race Brunch hosted by Barrel 47

downtown carlton

8:30am-11:30am

Runners and spectators can enjoy a delicious outdoor brunch hosted by local favorite Barrel 47, right in the midst of the post-race wine and music festival.

Advance ticket purchase necessary, so hurry and grab your ticket now before they’re gone! Each race participant may purchase up to 5 tickets while supplies last (200 available). Tickets can be purchased as an add-on during online registration, or if you have already registered- click here to add your ticket(s)!

Post-Race Wine and Music Festival Presented by Ken Wright Cellars

Downtown Carlton

9:00 am- 12:00 pm

Enjoy wine tastings from a plethora of local wineries, beer and food sales, and live music!


Awards Ceremony

Carlton Cellars Lawn

11:00 am

Awards will be presented at 11:00 am on the Carlton Cellars Lawn near the live music tent.

understanding Transportation

This is a point-to-point course. Designated event parking is available at either the start or finish area, and shuttle bus transportation will be available between both parking locations before and after the race. Gear Check will be available at the starting line and relay transition point and all checked gear will be transported to the finish line.

Relay runner #2 will need to use the designated shuttle to get to the relay exchange point. Relay runner #1 will need to use the designated shuttle to reach the finish line after completing their leg.
